Dr Arnaudov founded A·Dent with a clear purpose: to bring the standard of care found in Western Europe to Bulgarian patients — and now UK patients — at prices that make high-quality treatment genuinely accessible.
Trained at the Medical University of Sofia, he personally handles every complex surgical case. With over 2,000 implants placed personally and 100+ completed across the clinic each month, he is one of Bulgaria’s most experienced implantologists. He speaks Bulgarian and Spanish, with English.

Gotse Delchev — Main Clinic
Our flagship clinic in central Gotse Delchev houses the full surgical suite, CBCT scanner, digital X-ray, and the in-house A·Dent Dental Laboratory. Five fully-serviced apartments directly above the clinic accommodate patients travelling for multi-day treatments.

Bansko Clinic
Located in Bansko — a historic mountain town at the foot of Pirin National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and one of Europe’s most popular mountain resorts. The Bansko clinic offers the same standard of care for patients who prefer to combine treatment with hiking, skiing, or exploring the medieval old town — or who simply find Bansko more convenient to reach.

The A·Dent Dental Laboratory fabricates restorations on-site using Exocad digital design software and precision milling. Zirconia crowns, bridges, PMMA temporaries, and 3D-printed models are produced in the same building as your surgery — often completed same-day or next-day.
For UK patients, this dramatically reduces the time you need to spend travelling. Most implant cases requiring a final crown are completed within a single trip of 4–6 days.
